Work in Tel Aviv, Israel, in the Glandt Center for Diabetes Care

I have struggled with emotional eating for most of my life.  My path for health has led me to the INFACT training.  Personally and professionally, I have found that my relationship with food mirrors my emotional, physical, and spiritual body. I am a Body Psychotherapist working with People who have Diabetes Type 1 and 2, among others. INFACT training provided me with professional knowledge and tools to better help myself and my clients understand the disease of food addiction. I highly recommend INFACT, a school with professional and experienced instructors from all over the world.  The setting in Video is intimate and direct.  It has helped me connect to people from everywhere who share the same difficulties and have the desire to help others be educated in the world of food addiction.

The best thing about INFACT is that I am well connected with a global network of food addiction professionals (and food addict peers). It can be lonely in a world where food addiction is not yet recognized as a category of addiction among practitioners. I’ve been able to refer some international inquiries through my website to colleagues in the United States and Canada.

Taking the INFACT course and participating in the 5 day intensive was monumental in my own personal recovery and launching my career. I had been searching to practice in a field where I could really make a difference and this training has allowed me to do just that. I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for many years and I have rarely seen such amazing transformations among my clients. I truly believe that food is medicine and when we treat our food addiction we get our lives back.
